Rather than relying on restriction or temporary solutions, the method is designed to help you build routines, systems, and behaviors that support long-term wellness in a way that feels realistic and aligned with your life.

    The approach looks at the bigger picture of health, including areas such as nutrition, physical activity, routines, stress, environment, mindset, relationships, and the daily habits and systems that shape how you feel and function.

  • Nourished by Nicole takes a more integrative and lifestyle-focused approach than traditional health coaching. While nutrition is an important part of the process, the work also focuses on habits, routines, mindset, environment, stress, lifestyle, and the systems that shape your daily life.

    Nicole is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which emphasizes bio-individuality and a whole-person approach to wellness. The goal is not just to tell you what to eat, but to help you create a healthier life that feels sustainable and supportive long term.

  • Habit strategy focuses on creating intentional routines and behaviors that support your goals in a realistic and sustainable way. Lifestyle architecture looks at the bigger picture of how you live your life, including your environment, routines, systems, and daily patterns, to help make healthy choices feel easier and more natural.

    Together, they help create lasting change that fits into your real life rather than relying on constant willpower.

  • Working with me is supportive, collaborative, and hopefully a little refreshing. There’s no judgment, no one-size-fits-all plan, and no list of things you’re doing wrong. We start where you are.

    Sessions feel more like focused, productive conversations than check-ins or lectures. We look at what’s actually going on in your life, including your routines, environment, patterns, stress, and energy, and build from there. The work is personalized to you, your goals, and the season of life you’re currently in.

    My approach is grounded, practical, and designed for real life. I’m not here to overhaul your life overnight. I’m here to help you figure out what actually works for you, build it in a way that feels sustainable, and support you through the process of making healthier habits and routines feel more natural over time.

  • Yes. Exercise and movement are part of the coaching process and are viewed through a personalized, lifestyle-centered lens. While Nourished by Nicole is not a personal training or fitness program, we recognize movement as an important part of overall health and well-being.

     

    That can look different for everyone, whether it’s taking walks a few times a week, playing with your kids, joining a recreational sports league, building a consistent workout routine, or training for something more intensive like a race or triathlon.

     

    The focus is on creating realistic, sustainable routines and habits that support your health, lifestyle, goals, and overall quality of life, while recognizing that what that looks like can be different for everybody.

  • No. The goal is to create a healthier lifestyle that supports your life, not controls it. Nourished by Nicole is designed to help simplify and improve your routines in a way that feels realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

    The approach is centered around balance, personalization, and creating healthier behaviors and habits that can realistically fit into your day-to-day life.

  • Many clients begin noticing shifts in energy, awareness, routines, mindset, and overall well-being within the first few weeks. More meaningful and lasting changes typically build gradually over time through consistency and sustainable habit change.

    Building lasting change takes time, and meaningful transformation does not happen overnight. The goal is to create results that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable long term.

  • The programs are designed to provide different levels of depth, support, and long-term transformation.

    The 3 month program is ideal for creating initial awareness, building foundational habits, and gaining momentum. The 6 month program allows for deeper integration, more personalization, and greater lifestyle change over time. The 9 month program is designed for clients looking for more comprehensive and lasting transformation across multiple areas of their life.

  • The coaching programs are designed to provide personalized guidance, education, strategy, accountability, and support through scheduled sessions and ongoing habit and lifestyle work.

     

    The Concierge experience is designed for clients looking for a more integrated, high-touch level of support. In addition to coaching, Concierge may include more ongoing communication, deeper personalization, more real-time lifestyle support, implementation guidance, and hands-on assistance in areas such as routines, environment, scheduling, lifestyle optimization, and day-to-day lifestyle and wellness decision-making.

     

    While traditional coaching focuses on helping guide and support change, Concierge is designed to help more fully integrate and optimize those changes within your everyday life.

  • Yes. Nourished by Nicole offers support for clients using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Wegovy. The focus is on helping clients build sustainable habits, improve nutrition, maintain muscle mass, and create a healthier lifestyle that supports long-term success during medication use and beyond, if applicable.

    Nicole does not prescribe or manage medications.

  • Yes. Additional Nourished services can be added to coaching or concierge programs to further support and optimize your lifestyle, routines, environment, and overall wellness experience.

    While coaching may include guidance around areas such as kitchen organization, pantry systems, grocery routines, home organization, and creating environments that better support your habits and goals, the additional Nourished services provide a more hands-on, done-for-you approach with deeper support, organization, implementation, and optimization to help make healthy living feel easier and more sustainable.

  • No. While the additional Nourished services can be a powerful complement to coaching, they are also available as standalone services.

    The Nourished Home, Kitchen, and Grocery services are designed for anyone looking to create a healthier, more organized, and supportive lifestyle through their environment, routines, and daily systems.

  • Both options are available. Manhattan-based clients may have access to select in-person group offerings, while virtual options are available nationwide.

    Nourished by Nicole offers both Lifestyle Group Coaching and GLP-1 Lifestyle Group Coaching to help ensure clients are supported alongside others on a similar path and with similar goals.

  • Yes. Virtual coaching is available for clients nationwide and allows for a flexible, personalized experience that can fit into your schedule and lifestyle.

  • Yes. Select services are available in person in Manhattan, including certain coaching sessions, private concierge services, pantry and kitchen services, grocery experiences, and home organization offerings.

  • Yes. Nourished by Nicole offers virtual health coaching nationwide, as well as select in-person services in Manhattan and NYC. Depending on the program and level of support, in-person offerings may include coaching sessions, private concierge services, pantry and kitchen services, grocery experiences, and home organization support.

  • The best place to start is with a consultation. During the consultation, Nicole will learn more about your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and needs to help determine the most aligned path forward based on the level of support and transformation you are looking for.
