    There are dedicated GLP-1–aligned options designed for clients who are already using medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro and want to build habits, nutrition, and structure that support long-term success.

    These programs do not prescribe or manage medication — they focus on what happens around it.

  • Support between sessions is structured and intentional.

    You’ll have weekly check-ins through your private client portal, along with the ability to share updates or ask questions as needed. This allows for guidance and adjustments between sessions, while keeping the process focused, thoughtful and manageable.
